Every changeover includes a Good Turn Note, confirming that the property is ready and secure, with finishing photographs and anything that may need your attention.

Home-care customers can receive a brief completion message if helpful. We never photograph a private home unless this has been requested and agreed.

Linen

The Good Turn washes the host's linen. We do not supply it.

Hosts provide enough clean sets for each arrival. We can wash, dry and fold host-owned linen for £18 per standard machine load.

Laundry collected during a changeover is returned at the next agreed visit, so a same-day changeover cannot rely on it for that day's guests. Linen stays the host's property. Heavily stained or damaged items are photographed and reported, and stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

An extra bed is any bed beyond the first in each advertised bedroom, so a twin room includes one bed and charges £8 for the second. Standalone visits have a £50 minimum service value, excluding travel and purchased goods. A booking made within 24 hours adds 20% to the cleaning, property details and bolt-ons, not to travel or goods.

When a property needs extra care

Standard changeover prices cover a property left in normal guest condition. If a stay leaves more work than expected, we will photograph what we find and contact the host before continuing wherever practical.

Additional cleaning · £25 per cleaner, per hour

Time is recorded in 30-minute increments after the first hour. Standard changeovers remain fixed-price services.

Products and equipment are included. Regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning has a two-hour minimum; one-off cleans have a three-hour minimum.

We agree the household's priorities before we begin and work through them within the booked time. A one-off booking does not promise that every area is completed within a fixed number of hours.

A fuller reset

Reset cleans

From £125 for five labour hours

Further time is £25 per labour hour, agreed before it continues. Reset cleans suit seasonal properties reopening after a gap, post-guest recovery, or a space needing more than a maintenance clean.

We confirm the likely work after photographs, a video walkthrough or a visit. Waste removal, hazardous materials, pest contamination and specialist restoration sit outside the standard reset.

We are based in Dunoon. Travel within ten road miles is included; beyond that a fixed band applies, shown in your quote.
